SPECIAL MEETING

SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO DISCUSS MATTERS RELATING TO PERSONNEL AND LITIGATION IN EXECUTIVE SESSION.

Present: Stacey Cline, Bonnie Enlow, Tony Miller, Margaret Moore, Faith Portman, Trina Summers

Mayor Tinnell called meeting to order at 5:34 and asked for a motion to go into executive session to discuss personnel and litigation. Bonnie Enlow made motion to adjourn to executive session. Trina Summers 2^nd. Motion carried 6-0.

Faith Portman made motion to return to regular session. Bonnie Enlow 2^nd. Motion carried 5-0. (Councilman Tony Miller left during executive session.)

City Attorney Bill Wilson reported discussion was held on personnel issues and the Council gave the City Attorney direction on how to proceed with pending litigation issue.

At this time Mayor Tinnell asked for a motion to adjourn. Faith Portman made motion to adjourn. Stacey Cline 2^nd. Motion carried 5-0. Meeting adjourned at 7:14 p.m.
