SPECIAL MEETING

SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO DISCUSS A PERSONNEL ISSUE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION.

Present: Stacey Cline, Bonnie Enlow, Tony Miller, Margaret Moore, Faith Portman, and Trina Summers

Mayor Tinnell called meeting to order at 6:33 and stated this was a special meeting called by a majority of the City Council to discuss a personnel issue in executive session.

At this time Mayor Tinnell asked for a motion to adjourn to executive session to discuss a personnel issue. Faith Portman made motion to adjourn to executive session. Trina Summers 2^nd. Motion carried 4-1-1. (Margaret Moore voted no; Bonnie Enlow abstained)

Faith Portman made motion to return to regular session. Stacey Cline 2^nd. Motion carried 6-0. Councilwoman Bonnie Enlow reported there was no decision made regarding the personnel matter.

Bonnie Enlow made motion to adjourn. Margaret Moore 2^nd. Motion carried 5-0. Meeting adjourned at 10:01 p.m.
