Mayor Tinnell called meeting to order at 5:43.

In attendance were Council members Bonnie Enlow, Tony Miller, Margaret Moore, Faith Portman and Trina Summers.

City Attorney Wilson had second reading of Ordinance 007-(number to be assigned) an Ordinance adopting the City of Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, Kentucky, annual budget for fiscal year July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 by estimating revenues and resources and appropriating funds for the operation of City Government. Bonnie Enlow made motion to approve. Trina Summers 2^nd. Motion carried 5-0. (This Ordinance will be numbered 007-725.)

City Attorney Wilson had second reading of Ordinance 007-(number to be assigned) an Ordinance adopting the City of Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, Kentucky, Water and Sewer Operation and Maintenance budget for fiscal year July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 by estimating revenues and resources and appropriating funds for the operation of the Water and Sewer Departments. Faith Portman made motion to approve. Tony Miller 2^nd. Motion carried 5-0. (This Ordinance will be numbered 007-726.)

City Attorney Wilson read Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a lease with the option to purchase Agreement #002-0007285-000 dated July 2, 2007 for a new fire truck (rescue pumper). Bonnie Enlow made motion to approve. Faith Portman 2^nd. Motion carried 5-0.

Faith Portman made motion to adjourn. Bonnie Enlow 2^nd. Motion carried 5-0. Meeting adjourned at 5:53.
