Mayor Tinnell called the meeting to order at 11:45 a.m.
In attendance were Council members Stacey Cline, Bonnie Enlow, Tony Miller, and Trina Summers.
Attorney Bill Wilson read Resolution 008-03 which recognizes the importance of expanding the waste water treatment plant to meet future needs of the community and to serve customers who can contribute to the financial stability and viability of the waste water treatment facility.
Motion to approve by Ms. Enlow, Seconded by Ms. Cline. Motion carried. All ayes with the exception of Ms. Summers who abstained from voting due to personal reasons.
Motion to adjourn by Ms. Cline, Seconded by Ms. Enlow. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 11:50 a.m.
