Meeting called to order at 6:34 p.m.
Council members present were: Bonnie Enlow, Tony Miller, Faith Portman, Margaret Moore and Trina Summers. Stacey Cline was absent.
Attorney Bill Wilson read a summary reading of Ordinance 008-745 in regards to Regulation and Control of Erosion and Sediment from Land Disturbance. Motion to accept as read by Ms. Enlow. Second by Ms. Portman. Motion carried 4-0 (Ms. Moore not present for the reading or vote).
Attorney Bill Wilson read a summary reading of Ordinance 008-746 in regards to Non-Stormwater Illicit Discharges. Motion to accept as read by Ms. Portman. Second by Ms. Enlow. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion to go to Executive session at 6:40 p.m. to discuss property acquisition, litigation and personnel by Ms. Portman, Second by Mr. Miller. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Ms. Portman to reconvene at 7:28 p.m. Second by Ms. Summers. Motion carried 5-0.
Mr. Wilson stated the council was updated on pending litigation and land acquisition. And the personnel issue will be discussed at the next council meeting.
Motion to adjourn by Ms. Summers at 7:31 p.m. Second by Ms. Portman. Motion carried 5-0.
