Mayor Tinnell called the meeting to order at 12:04 p.m.
In attendance were Council members Don Cundiff, Bonnie Enlow, Larry Hatfield, Tony Miller and Alan Wetzel. Mr. Ellis was absent.
Mayor Tinnell asked for a motion to go to executive session. Motion by Mr. Wetzel to go to executive session to discuss property litigation at 12:05 p.m. Seconded by Mr. Hatfield. Motion carried 4-0. (Mr. Cundiff had not yet arrived).
Motion to reconvene at 12:45 p.m. by Mr. Hatfield, Seconded by Mr. Wetzel. Motion carried 5-0.
Mayor Tinnell opened the floor for discussion from the audience. No one wanted to speak.
Motion to adjourn by Mr. Cundiff, seconded by Mr. Hatfield. Motion carried 5-0. Meeting adjourned at 12:47 p.m.
