MINUTES Special COUNCIL MEETING

CITY OF SHEPHERDSVILLE

SHEPHERDSVILLE, KY 40165

Wednesday, May 13, 2009

Mayor Tinnell called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m.

In attendance were Council members Don Cundiff, Scott Ellis, Bonnie Enlow,  Tony Miller, and Alan Wetzel.  Larry Hatfield was absent.

Mayor Tinnell said this meeting has been called to discuss a personnel issue.

Motion at 5:11 p.m. by Mr. Miller to go to executive session to discuss personnel.  Mr. Wetzel 2^nd.  Motion carried 5-0.

Motion at 7:20 p.m. by Mr. Cundiff to reconvene.  Ms. Enlow 2^nd.  Motion carried 4-0.  (Mr. Ellis left during executive session.)

Attorney Bill Wilson stated they did discuss personnel and not decisions were made.  He also said that there will be another Special meeting Monday, May 18^th at 6:00 p.m. to discuss personnel.

Motion to adjourn at by Mr. Wetzel,  Mr. Miller 2^nd.  Motion carried 4-0. Meeting adjourned at

7:22 p.m.
