MINUTES Special COUNCIL MEETING

CITY OF SHEPHERDSVILLE

SHEPHERDSVILLE, KY 40165

Mayor Tinnell called the meeting to order at 12:05 p.m.

In attendance were Council members Don Cundiff, Bonnie Enlow,  Larry Hatfield, Tony Miller and Alan Wetzel. 

Mayor Tinnell said this meeting has been called to discuss a personnel matter and for first reading of Ordinance 009-773 setting the tax rate for personal property and Ordinance 009-774 setting the tax rate for real property tax rate.

City Clerk Maxine Jeffries read Ordinance 009-773 setting the tax rate for personal property.

Motion was made at 12:15 p.m. by Mr. Hatfield to go to executive session to discuss a personnel matter.  Mr. Cundiff 2^nd.  Motion carried 5-0.

Motion was made at 1:20 p.m. by Mr. Cundiff  to reconvene.  Mr. Hatfield 2^nd.  Motion carried 5-0.

Mayor Tinnell announced that personnel was discussed but no decision was made.

Motion to adjourn at by Ms. Enlow,  Mr. Wetzel 2^nd.  Motion carried 5-0. Meeting adjourned at

1:20 p.m.
