MINUTES FROM SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

CITY OF SHEPHERDSVILLE,

TUESDAY, June 14, 2011

Mayor Ellis called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.

In attendance were Council members Bernie Brown, Don Cundiff, Bonnie Enlow, Larry Hatfield, Faith Portman and Alan Wetzel.

Acting City Attorney Scott Wantland performed the second reading by Title Ordinance 011-080 authorizing the issuance of its General Obligation Notes and Bonds from time to time and in one or more series, and authorizing and providing for the issuance and sale of its taxable General Obligation Note, Series 2011A and tax-exempt General Obligation Note, Series 2011B.  Motion to approve made by Larry Hatfield.  Alan Wetzel 2^nd.  Motion carried 6-0. 

Motion to adjourn meeting at 7:05 p.m. made by Larry Hatfield.  Don Cundiff 2^nd. 

Motion carried 6-0
