SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO DISCUSS NEW COMPANY POSSIBLY LOCATING IN SHEPHERDSVILLE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION.

In attendance were Council members: Margaret Moore, Don Cundiff, James Watkins, Stacey Cline, and Tony Miller.

Mayor Sohm called the meeting to order at 6:16 p.m.

Mayor Sohm stated this special meeting was called to discuss a business considering coming to Shepherdsville that does not want their identity known yet.

Mayor Sohm asked for a motion to adjourn to executive session to discuss a new company locating in Shepherdsville.

James Watkins made motion to adjourn to executive session. Stacey Cline 2^nd. Motion carried 5-0.

Mayor Sohm invited a representative from the Economic Development Authority, State representative Mary Harper and a member of the site selection committee to join the Council in executive session.

Don Cundiff made motion to return to regular session. Stacey Cline 2^nd. Motion carried 5-0.

Mayor Sohm stated there was no action taken in executive session.

James Watkins made motion to give the Mayor the authority to negotiate one of two proposals that were made in order to lure the new company into the City of Shepherdsville. Stacey Cline 2^nd. Motion carried 5-0.

Don Cundiff made motion to adjourn. James Watkins 2^nd. Motion carried 5-0.

Meeting adjourned at 8:06 p.m.
