SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO DISCUSS INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BOND’s.

In attendance were Council members Tony Miller, Don Cundiff, James Watkins and Margaret Moore.

Mayor Sohm called meeting to order at 5:44.

Mayor Sohm stated the purpose of this meeting was to discuss Industrial Revenue Bonds.

James Watkins made motion to adjourn to executive session to discuss economic development with competitive consequences that require confidentiality. Tony Miller 2^nd. Motion carried 4-0.

James Watkins made motion to return to regular session. Tony Miller 2^nd. Motion carried 3-0 (Don Cundiff not voting).

Mayor Sohm stated no decision was made.

James Watkins made motion to adjourn. Tony Miller 2^nd. Motion carried 3-0 (Don Cundiff not voting).

Meeting adjourned 7:14.
